This meeting will be an opportunity to hear from Harris County Precinct 3 Commissioner, Tom Ramsey, P.E. about the new precinct 3 boundaries and the ongoing transition. We will also get an update from Harris County Flood Control, Deputy Director Engineering and Construction, Alan Black, P.E. on current and future flood control projects in the area. AWBD Gulf Coast Representative (Local Government Chair), Larry Goldberg, P.E. will give a brief overview of ongoing AWBD local government initiatives.
