Saturday: AWBD Check-in re-opens at 8:00 am
Registrations received no later than the close of business February 21, 2024 will be charged at the rate of $435.00 for members and $870.00 for non-members. Registrations made after February 21, 2024 will be charged at the rate of $485.00 for members and $970.00 for non-members. Any registration accepted after May 1, 2024 will be charged $585.00 for members and $1170.00 for non-members per registration and does not guarantee the registrant seating at food functions nor receipt of conference materials or hospitality items.
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be made in writing, prior to the event to tcavnar@awbd-tx.org. A $50.00 administrative fee is assessed for each conference registration cancelled on or before May 1, 2024. There will be no refunds after May 1, 2024.
All registrations are non-transferable.

1.) Click REGISTER MYSELF
2.) Select a registration option: 'Registration'=Attendee OR 'Vendor Registration for Booth Badge'=Exhibitors only
3.) Then ADD functions to your cart, look for 'In Itinerary' to the right of all functions, then PROCEED TO CHECKOUT
4.) Check the checkbox for the Hold Harmless/Expected Behavior, then SUBMIT ORDER
