AWBD REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be made in writing to tcavnar@awbd-tx.org. There are no refunds after April 5. All registrations are non-transferable.


SCHEDULE OF EVENT:
6:00 pm   Check-in;   
6:30 pm   Dinner served;  
7:00 pm   Program begins;
8:30 pm   Scheduled conclusion

$130 per person on or before April 5th deadline
$165 per person beginning April 6th and for non-members
$190 for walk-up participants

No refunds after April 5th.  All reservations are subject to availability.
