2026 AWBD Midwinter Conference
Cancellations must be made in writing, prior to the event. A $50.00 administrative fee is assessed for each conference registration cancelled on or before December 10, 2025. There will be no refunds after December 10, 2025. All registrations are non-transferable.

Saturday: AWBD Check-in re-opens at 8:00 am
Registrations received no later than the close of business August 27, 2025, will be charged at the rate of $390.00 for members and $780.00 for non-members. Registrations made after August 27, 2025, will be charged at the rate of $440.00 for members and $880.00 for non-members. Any registrations accepted after December 10, 2025, will be charged $540.00 per registration for members and $1080.00 for non-members and does not guarantee the registrant seating at food function nor receipt of conference material or hospitality items.

You can make changes to your registration up until 12/10/2025. After that you will need to contact the office for any updates to your registration.
